PAYMENTS

 

All prices listed are GST inclusive and in NZ dollars.

Secure online payment options are via Visa/MasterCard using Stripe payments. This Hosted Payment gateway enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.
 
Customers can be confident that their details are protected and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment. Goldworks Ltd does not store card information.

Internet Banking: Payment is available by Internet banking, please enquire.

 

Payment in store: We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard, and are happy to lay-by

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us or call us within 5 days of the date of delivery.  
​
If a product proves to be faulty Goldworks Ltd will repair, refund or replace at its discretion. Note - we are unable to offer refunds on any product that has been altered at your request (eg where you have requested ring re-sizing or engraving).

​

Vintage and Estate pieces are guaranteed for 1 year for defects in materials or workmanship (ie excludes damage due to incorrect care, or normal wear and tear).

SHIPPING


Your purchase will be shipped directly to your address via CourierPost (signature required). We cannot ship to a PO Box. Our packing and shipping costs are $8 NZ-wide.

Dispatch is usually within one working day of your online order being made.
